Hiii. Today we will continue yesterday's preparation. In the morning we were busy selling products for Makassar Polytechnic students. Sales target is 50 pcs. Next we will continue the preparation of Indonesian buffet for special guests of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. After the preparation from appetizer to dessert are finish next we set up into rectorat. Furthermore, we will make soft bread from starter sourdough. The bread process to expand requires a long time because it use different margarine.
